5. Platform Services
5.1 Nature of the Platform
Vendar is a marketplace platform that connects Vendors with Customers. We provide Vendors with a customisable digital Storefront to list and showcase their products. Vendar does not buy, sell, store, ship, or deliver any products. We are not a party to any transaction between Vendors and Customers.
5.2 Customer Payments
Customer payments are processed through Paystack (all mobile money networks and cards). Paystack’s 2% transaction fee is paid by the shopper. Vendar takes no commission on sales. Merchant payouts go to mobile money or bank on Paystack’s standard payout schedule. Withdrawal fees come from the telco or bank. Refunds follow Paystack’s policy. When a Customer places an Order, the Vendor receives a notification containing the Customer’s name, delivery address, location, and contact information.
5.3 No Fulfilment Services
Vendar is not a fulfilment centre. All products are shipped directly by the respective Vendor to the Customer. We do not warehouse, package, handle, inspect, or deliver any physical goods. Vendors are solely responsible for the packaging, shipping, delivery, and quality of their products.
5.4 Order Process
The order process on the Platform operates as follows:

- The Vendor ships the product directly to the Customer.
